Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

All of our items are shipped via USPS. We will process your order within 1-3 business days for all ready to ship items. Once your order is shipped, shipping in the US takes 3-5 business days. If outside the US, it typically takes 7-12 business days.
We only allow cancellations on orders for up to 24 hours after we’ve received an order. After 24 hours we will gladly offer a store credit if you want to cancel your order.
