Join us for our online Zoom fitness program where you will participate in 30-40 minutes of fitness, three times per week. This program also includes weekly nutrition and/or fitness challenges to do on non-workout days. All you need is a phone and/or computer with webcam, yoga mat, and light dumbells (not required).
