What is this Weight Loss Workshop?
The Weight Loss Workshop is an interactive program designed to help women jumpstart thier weight-loss goals in a supportive environment. The workshop includes a variety of techniques, including intuitive eating, mindset strategies, and goal-oriented tasks to help participants find balance in life while losing weight. We’ll also talk about how to embrace new habits so they stick over time—because let’s be honest: without that aspect, any diet plan is doomed to fail!
Who should attend?
Anyone who wants or needs support in losing weight can benefit from attending this workshop. It’s particularly beneficial for those who have tried unsuccessfully multiple times before! I will provide all materials needed for the class; just bring yourself along with an open mind and willingness to learn strategies that are backed by science.
What does it cost?
The workshop is $27. We could easily fill-up this workshop for free, but we prefer individuals who are willing to make a very small investment because it demonstrates their determination and readiness for healthy change.
How long will it take?
The workshop will last just under an hour. However we will give everyone some extra time at the end for questions.
What will you learn?
On day one, we will deep dive into why weight loss is a form of self-love. Here, we will explore your why and you will hear from other women why they’ve chosen to make a healthy lifestyle a priority. In day two, we will discuss the exact things needed to start losing weight now. This will include how make better meal choices, accessing healthy cooking resources and the importance of physical activity. This will be very interactive. On day three, we will discuss how to use nutrition to shed weight while still enjoying the foods you love!
It’s true that you can lose weight on your own. But it’s more fun and easier when you have support from others! The workshop is all about creating a plan that works for you and your lifestyle, then sticking to it.
You’ll be able to ask questions about anything related to weight loss, whether it be exercise tips or nutrition advice. And if there is something specific going on in your life (like an upcoming vacation), we will help tailor your advice specifically for those circumstances so that nothing gets in the way of reaching your goals!
