So, the coronavirus has damn near shut down the country! Schools are closed…can’t say I’m upset about that one, people are social distancing themselves, people are being very cautious, as we should.

While I’m sure most of us aren’t happy knowing that a pandemic is sweeping our nation and world, it has provided many of us with a break from our normal routines outside of the home.

To be honest, I really had to sit down and come up with a plan as to what I will do with myself. As a teacher, I’m no stranger to periodic breaks, but this one is different. This isn’t a holiday break where I can plan a small getaway, or catch a flight somewhere fun. This break calls for social distancing…stay at home unless the necessity of leaving is at 8 on a scale of 1-10…😂

Well, I’ve decided to make this opportunity as blissful and benevolent as possible. Check out my list! I can’t wait to create an old jams playlist! For some reason I’ve been wanting to listen to the old blues tracks that I grew up listening to my mom play, like Betty Wright, Marvin Cease, and Johnny Taylor. Guess I really am getting old, huh? And what about trying a recipe? I can’t wait to make crockpot loaded potato soup. The screenshot to that recipe has been in my phone for too long.

And I know, there are some provocative things on the list,, but hey, it’s important for wellness right? 😉

Anywho, I hope you like my list and choose a few things from it to add to your list of blissful things to do while shut-in during this coronavirus pandemic.

What are some things that you have on your to-do list?
