At Savvy Tusker Fitness, the goal is transformation in mind, body, and soul. I believe that you cannot transform your body until you transform your way of thinking, and that is where my experience in life and mindset coaching helps my clients realize and achieve their ultimate goal of becoming fit and healthy.

If you’re like the many women whom I’ve trained, consulted, or just had a quick chat with, you’re probably ready to make a healthy lifestyle change but you may find it hard to stay motivated and consistent. Right? I get it! Everyday life priorities have a way of making us feel like we just don’t have the time to focus on our health.

Here at Savvy Tusker Fitness, the fitness programs are built on the foundation of community. Yes! A community of women who share similar goals and celebrate and cheer our sistahs at every accomplishment in their journey to weight loss success.

I believe that we, as women, wives, mothers, must aim to deter obesity that leads to chronic diseases. It starts with us. We have the biggest impact on the health of our family. They eat what we prepare. Our kids are active because we are active.  And we, women of color, know that many of the diseases that plague our community are directly related to poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle.
